Good Bye Facebook!
Yesterday I took the plunge. I suspended my facebook account. I was spending far to much time on fb. Its consuming my every waking moment. My breaks from other household duties would include logging onto facebook. I was wound tightly enough and then seeing something on fb would just push me a little more over the edge it wasn't pretty. At first I thought maybe I just remove some of the people from my friends list that I didn't regularly communicate with then I woke up yesterday morning and decided that FB was getting in the way of more important things. Primarily my relationship with God and also my relationship with Chris and my kiddos. I want to be present as a wife and a mother. Spending so much time on fb was making that very difficult. I decided it was time for a change. So I decided no more facebook right now. For now I will communicate via text, E-mail and phone calls... PHONE CALLS are actually the closet thing we get to a face to face meeting in todays society. Its pretty sad. I have also decided that I will make use of the beautiful camera that Chris got me for my 30th Birthday and take lots of pictures of the girls. High qaulity pictures which I will print out so we have them for years to come. I am working on becoming more intentional in my life. Actually thinking hard about how I spend my time. Time is precious. I figure even if I blog weekly that is progress. So right now I am seeing how this goes. Day 1 was actually pretty good. I spent time reading the bible. Cleaning the house. Talking to my mom on the phone and playing with the girls. Stay tuned for more posts and updates on everything going in the Moeck household :-)

Starting over
I am not even going to attempt to fill everyone in on the past 6 or 7 months! Basically just really busy taking care of two little ones and watching them grow before my very eyes. Instead I will post some recent pictures of what has been going on around here :-) I am vowing right here and right now to be better about keeping this blog updated. I really enjoy writing and keeping track of everything going on in our family so I am going to make more of a conscious effort to Blog!

Thank Heaven for Little Girls!
Well I am three months into my gig as a mom of two little girls and all I can say is.. I love it. I love waking up to their sweet little faces every morning. I love dressing them up. I love it all! Yes, it does have challenges , but I try so hard to remember that God has blessed us big and if I take a little time to take it all in I realize just how wonderful my life is :-)

Sister love
She has only been here 5 short weeks and it feels like she was always part of us.

More Sugar and Spice!
Today will mark 32 weeks into my pregnancy with #2 which means that in 8 weeks (or maybe less) We will be meeting our newest addition. According the u/s #2 is also a girl. :-) I am so excited for my little girls to grow up together. I would love a boy at some point, but for now I am so looking forward to more pink and ribbons!
The Storms of Life
We were both blessed and surprised to find out on September 11th that we would be expecting another baby Memorial day weekend. We had just celebrated Aubrey's first Birthday and we were winding down from all the excitement. Unfortunately it was not part of God's master plan for us to meet our May baby. When we were about 8 weeks into the process we lost our little Angel.
Miscarriage is one of the toughest things I have ever gone through in my life. You feel so alone and isolated. You find yourself second guessing your grief because how can you really grieve a life that was so short.?I knew about our little angel for about 6 weeks before we lost her (we never knew her gender but I had a feeling she was a girl). I carried her inside of me and would day dream of the day she would meet her big sister and become part of our family. I clearly remember thinking "God is an amazing God to be blessing us with another baby this soon"..
I felt a kind of peace after the m/c but I still felt a little empty. I was fortunate enough to meet an awesome group of ladies on a m/c support group which was set up just for mommies whose babies were due around ours. This has been the best therapy by far. I have also become closer to God during this time. He has held me through the whole process and I have found shelter in his wings. I truly believe he let me go through this loss a) to strengthen my faith in him b) to meet this wonderful group of woman.
Finally God is good! He is better than Good! He is sovereign and has a perfect plan.. We are excited and blessed to have found out shortly after Thanksgiving that we are expecting again. Now we are about 8 weeks out from meeting our rainbow baby!
More posts later to update everyone on all the craziness going on over here :-)
